Shipping policy

At NuYū Naturals, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing and shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Because our products are freshly made, we kindly ask for your patience while we prepare your order.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. NuYū Naturals is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted personal care products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local mail carrier directly. We will also do our best to assist you in locating your shipment; however, NuYū Naturals is not responsible for stolen or missing packages once marked as delivered. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure delivery location.

If your package is lost in transit by the postal carrier, please contact us so we may assist in filing a missing mail claim.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged product(s)
  • The shipping packaging/envelope
  • The shipping label

Photos are required by USPS to file a damage claim.
